Sponsorships

Thank you to our current sponsors whose generosity and support make many things possible with athletic programs at Boonsboro High School.

Advertising Packages for BABI Sponsors:

Digital Advertising Package – $150

For $150 a sponsor will receive advertising on our website, social media platforms, and digital program. This is a one-year agreement.

Neptune Radio Ad – $300

For $300 a sponsor will receive the Digital Advertising package and a 30 second
advertising segment on the Boonsboro Neptune Radio System. This advertisement will be played at all sporting events that take place in the Clayton Anders Stadium, the Warrior Dome (high school gymnasium) and the baseball and softball fields. This is a one-year agreement.

Fence Logo Banner – $300

For $300 a sponsor will receive the Digital Advertising package and a 3×5 logo banner that will be displayed during all home sporting events inside the Clayton Anders Stadium. This is a two-year agreement.

Logo Flag – $500

For $500 a sponsor will receive the Digital Advertising package and an eight-foot-tall
logo flag that will be displayed during all home sporting events inside the Clayton Anders Stadium. This is a two-year agreement.

Warrior Dome – $750

For $750 a sponsor will receive the Digital Advertising package, a 30 second
advertising segment on the Boonsboro Neptune Radio System to be played at all sporting events that take place in the Warrior Dome (high school gymnasium), and a banner displayed. This is a one-year agreement.

Big Blue Warrior Dome – $1500

For $1500 a sponsor will receive the Digital Advertising package, a 30 second advertising segment on the Boonsboro Neptune Radio System to be played at all sporting events that take place in the Warrior Dome (high school gymnasium), a banner displayed in the Warrior Dome, and a Logo Flag to be displayed during home sporting events inside the Clayton Anders Stadium. This is a three-year agreement.

HUDL for Warriors – $2,000

For $2,000, a sponsor will receive the Digital Advertising package, a 30 second advertising segment on the Boonsboro Neptune Radio System to be played at all sporting events that take place in the Clayton Anders Stadium and Warrior Dome (high school gymnasium), a banner displayed in the Warrior Dome, and a commercial displayed during home sporting events on HUDL, the streaming service that projects all sporting events. This is a three-year agreement.

Stadium Athletic Entrance

A sponsor will be provided with the rights to display their logo or advertising message on the stadium block building at the entrance as well as an electronic message on the scoreboard during games. Their logo or advertising message will also be displayed on the electronic message board in the Warrior Dome (high school gymnasium). Sponsor will also receive the Digital Advertising package, an eight-foot-tall logo flag and a 30 second advertising segment on Neptune radio. The sponsor will also be given a 1-year Family Membership to Boonsboro Athletic Boosters (6 tickets).

Pricing for first year:

Full coverage – $5,000
Half coverage – $3,000
Quarter coverage – $1,500

This is a three-year agreement and renewed as follows:

Full – $4,500 each year from years 2-3
Half – $2,500 each year from year 2-3
Quarter – $1,000 each year from years 2-3

Anchor – $3,500

For $3,500, a sponsor will be provided with the rights to display their logo or advertising message on the stadium scoreboard as well as an electronic message on the scoreboard during games. Their logo or advertising message will also be displayed on the electronic message board in the Warrior Dome (high school gymnasium). Sponsor will also receive the Digital Advertising package, an eight-foot-tall logo flag and a 30 second advertising segment on Neptune radio. The sponsor will also be given a 1-year Family Membership to Boonsboro Athletic Boosters, have a promotional item provided as a give- away during one home game and the guarantee that no company considered to be a competitor will be allowed to purchase an Anchor Package.

This is a three-year agreement and is renewed at $3,000/each for years 2 and 3.

Rear Scoreboard

A sponsor will be provided the opportunity to purchase a full, half or quarter segment of the rear of the stadium scoreboard. This also includes all the benefits of the Anchor Sponsorship Packages except for display of their logo or advertising on the front of the scoreboard. This area of the scoreboard is visible from Maple Ave.

Pricing:

Full back – $10,000/year
Half back – $7,000/year
Quarter back – $5,000/year

All advertising agreements for the rear scoreboard are effective for five years and renewed as follows:

Full – $8,500 each year from years 2 -5
Half – $6,000 each year from year 2-5
Quarter – $4,500 each year from years 2-5

Dwight Scott Memorial Golf Tournament

Held annually since 1993, Curt Conway and Dale Lewis support BABI by organizing a large golf tournament the last Monday of June. The event is held at Black Rock Golf Course with 32 teams and nearly 130 golfers.

Thanks to the support of local sponsors and the popularity of this event among local golfers, the tournament has raised an impressive total of $135,000 to support student athletics since it was founded (as of 2022).

The tournament seeks sponsors each year for this successful event:

Silver – $50.00 gets an individual sponsor sign placed at a hole on the course.

Gold – $100.00 gets an individual sponsor sign placed at a hole on the course and will appear in the tournament history booklet given to each golfer.
